1. Scope
These terms govern access to the NOX TECH website at https://noxtech.ai and use of our sales and implementation platform by authorized users. They do not set the commercial terms for paid client engagements.
2. Platform access
Platform access is limited to people we authorize. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, providing accurate account information, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access.
3. Paid client engagements
For paid work, an accepted proposal or signed agreement controls the engagement, including its scope, fees, deliverables, intellectual property allocation, support, warranties, and liability. If that agreement conflicts with these website and platform terms, the agreement controls for the paid engagement.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or platform unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or access another person's data without permission.
5. Website and platform materials
The website, platform software, branding, and standard materials are owned by NOX TECH or its licensors. Authorized users may use them only for their intended business purpose. Intellectual property rights in paid client deliverables are determined only by the agreement for that engagement.
6. Availability and responsibility
We may maintain, update, or restrict the website or platform, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Any warranties or liability commitments for paid work are only those stated in the agreement governing that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms when the website, platform, or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
